• Schedule: 24 hour call 7am-7amneeded on specific dates
• Job Setting: Hospital, Trauma Level 1
• Types of Cases: Urology
• Procedures include: Vasectomy, cystoscopy in OR, prostate procedures, ureteroscopy in OR, lithotripsy, orchiopexy; vasectomy reversal, penile implants, and circumcision on rare occasions
• Credentialing: 90 days, temporary privileges available

Minimum Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible Urology
• Certifications: DEA
• Licensure: Active Pennsylvania license or IMLC with LOQ in hand
