We’re hiring an experienced Bookkeeper to support daily accounting operations! This role reports to the Executive Director and handles accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, banking, and employee benefits support.

What You’ll Do:

• Process accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and collections .
• Complete bank deposits, bank reconciliations, and authorized transfers.
• Process payroll, journal entries, and expense allocations across properties.
• Handle resident security deposit refunds and assist with billing questions.
• Support month-end close, year-end close, financial reporting, and annual audits .
• Assist with benefits administration, 401(k) tracking, and employee paperwork.
• Maintain accurate records and protect confidential information.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience .
• Intermediate to advanced QuickBooks skills .
• Experience with AP/AR, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong organization, accuracy, and communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Property management accounting experience is a plus!
