Serve as a lifeguard by monitoring pools and surrounding areas, responding to emergencies, and providing assistance to participants of all ages and skill levels.Does this position require Patient Care?NoEssential FunctionsMonitor and maintain safety across three aquatic pools and the hot tub area.Teach engaging swim lessons that build confidence, improve technique, and support participant success.Ensure participants meet course objectives and completion requirements.Support Swim Instructors by assisting with equipment setup and addressing issues on the pool deck.Inspect aquatic equipment and notify the Aquatic Program Manager when repairs, replacements, or additional supplies are needed.Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming class environment.Properly store all swim aids, teaching equipment, and accessories at the end of each shift.Respond quickly and appropriately to emergencies while enforcing all pool safety rules and procedures.Provide outstanding customer service by creating a positive experience for members and guests.QualificationsEducation High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree?
