Warehouse Administrator

Job Description As a Warehouse Administrator, you will be responsible for operational support such as general administrative tasks like running various reports, maintaining customer information, and assisting with tasks to ensure the branch is compliant. Conduct inventory procedures Review return authorization and credit memo forms pending return of material Inspect condition of return material and placement of returns pending final disposition Check inventory items and ensure they are consistent with Wesco Standards Run credit memos when appropriate Education & Experience High school degree or equivalent required 1 year of operational or administrative experience preferred 1 year of customer service and internal sales experience preferred Skills & Requirements General computer skills required Organization and time management skills Basic verbal and written communication skills Problem‑solving skills Compensation Compensation: $19.13 - $22.96 Per Hour. Offer amounts may vary based on geographic location, relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills, shift, or any collective bargaining agreements. For eligible positions, compensation may include participation in a bonus or sales incentive plan, subject to applicable plan documents; for certain sales roles, a commission structure may also apply.
