Move, load, unload, and stage materials safely and efficiently. Transport materials throughout the facility as needed. Follow all safety procedures and forklift operating guidelines. Assist with general material-handling and warehouse duties. Maintain an organized and safe work area. Follow supervisor instructions and complete assigned tasks accurately. Support the team with additional warehouse duties as needed. Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous warehouse or material handling training is beneficial. Experience Requirements 1+ years of experience moving, organizing, loading, or unloading materials in warehouse or manufacturing environments. Ability to accurately identify products, labels, inventory locations, and shipping documentation. Knowledge of safe material handling practices and workplace safety procedures. Ability to operate pallet jacks or other material handling equipment as required. Strong attention to detail, organization, and dependable work habits. Previous forklift experience is required. Strong understanding of safe forklift operation. Ability to work the full 2nd shift schedule. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Safety-conscious and dependable. Willingness to perform general material-handling duties in addition to forklift operation. Preferred Qualifications Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution experience is preferred. Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, or warehouse management systems is beneficial. Knowledge of inventory control procedures, warehouse documentation, or Lean warehouse practices is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate reliability, teamwork, attention to detail, and safe work habits are well positioned for success as a Material Handler. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive material handling tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely move products using manual or powered material handling equipment. Ability to work efficiently in warehouse or manufacturing environments while following established safety procedures.
