Position Summary We are currently seeking an experienced Steel Fabricator to join our team in West Middlesex, PA. This is a union position offering competitive wages, benefits, and the opportunity to work on a wide range of structural steel projects. Candidates should be reliable, safety-focused, and experienced in steel fabrication processes. Key Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications Lay out, measure, cut, and assemble structural steel components Operate fabrication equipment (saws, presses, shears, ironworkers, etc.) Perform MIG, Stick, and/or TIG welding as required Ensure all work meets quality standards and project specifications Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures Maintain a clean and organized work area Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Minimum 2 years of steel fabrication experience preferred Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Experience with welding and fabrication tools Strong attention to detail and work ethic Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift Work Schedule We operate two shifts: Day Shift: Monday–Friday Evening Shift: Monday–Thursday (Overtime available based on workload) Compensation & Benefits Comprehensive union benefits package (health, vision, dental, pension, 401K) Paid holidays and time off per union agreement Overtime opportunities Stable, long-term employment with opportunities for advancement Why Join T.
