Certifications:

• Required Education: Associates of Science in nursing (ASN) required.
• Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of California.
• Must have successfully completed SVMH Pharmacology test.
• BLS Preferred
• Clinical Nurse Specialist/Nurse Practitioner certification.
• AS in nursing

Mandatory Experience:

 

• Minimum of 2 year Clinical Registered Nurse experience required in specialty areas.
• Required Skills & Experience: Epic Experience
• Required: Minimum of 6 - 12 months within the past year.
• Preferred Skills & Experience: Minimum of 1 year Clinical Registered Nurse experience in specialty areas.
• Current California RN license - Required
• Current ACLS, PALS, BLS/Healthcare Provider status as per American Heart Association standards - Required
• Open to floating within cluster/similar department: highly desirable
• 2 years of ED experience required 
• Must have recent Epic experience, and willing to work Thanksgiving
• Shift: Days
