Tech - X-ray/Rad Tech

Job Summary:
Provide diagnostic imaging services using radiologic technology to assist in patient diagnosis and treatment. Ensure high-quality imaging aligned with safety standards and clinical protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Operate digital radiography equipment to produce clear diagnostic images.
• Prepare patients for imaging procedures, ensuring proper positioning and safety.
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and patient information.
• Follow safety and infection control protocols to protect patients and staff.
• Collaborate with medical teams to deliver timely and efficient imaging services.
• Adhere to hospital policies, including holiday staffing requirements.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in radiologic technology within a specialty setting.
• Current AHA BLS certification.
• Valid ARRT certification in radiography.
• Ability to operate digital imaging equipment with precision.
• Strong understanding of radiation safety and patient confidentiality.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
