Service Technician

Must have:

· Strong hands-on skills for inspecting, repairing, and calibrating tools and mechanical systems (especially hydraulic or torque tools).

· Ability to operate technical equipment at customer sites and offshore environments, including setting up and troubleshooting tooling applications.

· Understanding of calibration procedures and standards to ensure tools are functioning accurately.

· Familiarity with electrical components and systems (if applicable to the tools) for diagnosing and performing minor electrical repairs or adjustments.

· MS Office Proficiency

· Skill in modifying, assembling, and preparing toolkits, including painting, labeling, and organizing tools properly.

· Ability to track parts used, maintain inventory records, and assist in physical inventory counts.

· Competence in demonstrating tool use and training customers on equipment in both one-on-one and group settings.

· Understanding of workplace safety procedures and compliance standards, especially for field and offshore environments.
