We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Office Administrator to support daily office operations and provide excellent customer service. This role will assist customers by phone, email, and in person while helping resolve service questions, process payments, maintain accurate records, and support general office needs.

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Office Administrator to support daily office operations and provide excellent customer service. This role will assist customers by phone, email, and in person while helping resolve service questions, process payments, maintain accurate records, and support general office needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional and friendly customer service.
- Respond to customer calls, emails, and service requests.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and coordinate technician support when needed.
- Process customer payments and maintain accurate service records.
- Assist with office projects, audits, and administrative tasks.
- Stay knowledgeable about products, services, and procedures.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Proficient with computers, Microsoft Office, and internet applications.
- Reliable, punctual, and adaptable.
- Previous customer service, call center, office administration, or technical support experience preferred.
- IT certifications or technical support experience are a plus, but not required.
