You’ll lead the team responsible for partnering with a broad portfolio of media agencies and strategic partners, helping them grow their digital presence on Snapchat. Working from our NY or LA office, you’ll bring leadership experience, business development expertise, strong solution-selling, operational and people skills, the ability to manage many projects at once, and a deep understanding of the digital advertising world.What you'll do: Lead team of global agency leads and partners managers & help scale them effectivelyDefine and execute global strategy to accelerate revenue growth for your respective agency or partnerIdentify and develop strategic partnership opportunities and commercial agreements across various departmentsHold responsibility for the financial performance of your respective agency and partner portfolio; work to ensure annual and quarterly partnership targets are metAct as the trusted primary point of contact, escalation point and thought leaderFirmly establish Snapchat as a leading brand building and business outcome driving platform in the eyes of multiple agency & partner constituentsDevelop, and execute scalable agency capability initiatives that equip media, digital, and strategic planning teams with the knowledge, frameworks, and best practices to drive innovation, client success, and sustainable business growth.Conduct formal business reviews with agency leadership and key partnersUnderstand Agencies’ businesses and develop appropriate strategies to meet their needsProvide best-in-class client service and partnership across all facets of Agency incl. Executive, Investment, Planning, Social and ResearchWork collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth across new and existing customersDeveloped tiered agency support model for the different agency operating companiesKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:Ability to lead high performing and experienced partnership and business development teamsAbility to influence and communicate cross-functionallyUnderstanding of Snapchat value proposition, and the ability to describe technical or complicated ideas into plain languageExperience in working for matrix organizations & ability to win the support of key internal cross-functional stakeholdersAbility to work in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environmentProven ability to build relationships at the C-level across the business both internally and externally with market reputationExceptional communication and presentation skillsMinimum Qualifications: BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience12+ years of business development, marketing, brand advertising, agency, media sales and/or online advertising experience leading businesses or accounts2+ years leading high performing and experienced teamsExperience working with executive contacts and growing revenue through the development of long term partnershipsPreferred Qualifications:Ability to influence and communicate cross-functionallyUnderstanding of Snapchat value proposition, and the ability to describe technical or complicated ideas into plain languageExperience working with deeply nuanced organizations, dealing with ambiguity, and an ability to win the support of key internal cross-functional stakeholdersExperience in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environmentProven ability to build relationships at the C-level across the business both internally and externally with market reputationDirect agency management experience at similar companyIf you have a disability or special need that requires accommodation, please don’t be shy and provide us some information."Default Together" Policy at Snap: At Snap Inc. we believe that being together in person helps us build our culture faster, reinforce our values, and serve our community, customers and partners better through dynamic collaboration. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position.These pay zones may be modified in the future.Zone A (CA, WA, NYC):The base salary range for this position is $303,000-$455,000 annually.Zone B: The base salary range for this position is $288,000-$432,000 annually.Zone C:The base salary range for this position is $258,000-$387,000 annually.This position is eligible to participate in a sales incentive program.
