Production Coordinator

This position is critical in ensuring that every job runs smoothly from start to finish. You'll be the behind-the‑scenes force managing materials, timelines, communication, and logistics between vendors, sales, project managers, and subcontractors. What You’ll Do: Perform accurate material take‑offs and coordinate timely procurement Build and manage project schedules in Service Titan Serve as a main point of contact for internal teams and external partners Support project managers in overcoming challenges and keeping work on track Assist the sales team with post‑sale follow‑up and coordination Keep detailed records and ensure documentation is organized and up‑to‑date Monitor project progress, resolve discrepancies, and help maintain quality standards Generate regular reports and share project updates with leadership Who You Are: Experienced with Service Titan or similar project management tools Organized, efficient, and able to juggle multiple tasks at once A clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills Detail‑driven with a commitment to accuracy and follow‑through A team player who’s comfortable collaborating across departments Why Work With Us?
