• Job : Private practice licensed mental health therapist (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT). We are not accepting interns at this time.

• Employment type : 1099 contract

• Pay : 60/40 split of collected revenue, paid bi-weekly

• Location : In-office, with opportunity for hybrid

• Schedule : Our office is open M-Th 9am-5pm (closed Fridays). You have control over your schedule, so long as billable hours are met.

• Productivity expectations : Averaging 24 billable hours per week (6 sessions per day with a 4-day work-week assumed). Part-time can be negotiated.

• Populations : LGBTQIA+ and Neurodivergent

Greenhouse is an outpatient private practice with a focus on LGBTQIA+, gender-diverse, and neurodiverse populations. You will need to be very familiar with these populations to succeed with us. There is room for you to bring your own specialties to the table, but you must be able to work with our populations regardless of your personal specialty. Job description: Provide inclusive, culturally competent, and ND-affirming adult and teen (13+) individual psychotherapy in an outpatient setting. Optional: Working with younger clients, providing play therapy, couples/relationship counseling, running groups, and providing intensives are options based on your interest. You are actively encouraged to define your own niches and ideal clients. We want you to work with clients you feel excited about. Complete documentation within 48 hours to ensure timely billing and insurance reimbursement. Diagnosing is required for insurance-based clients.

Our office is a calm, supportive environment with people who enjoy each other and the work they do. You will have full administrative support for scheduling, billing, insurance issues, payment collection, etc. We want you to be able to focus on providing good clinical care, not admin work. The practice has comprehensive marketing in place and referral partnerships.
