OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Murfreesboro, TN by HMD Trucking

Requirements

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
• No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
• No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
• Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Vacancy description

Operate nationwide dry-van runs for HMD from the Murfreesboro, TN area, hauling dependable freight on OTR schedules. You'll drive modern tractors (under 3 years) equipped with APUs, inverters and sleepers, backed by in-house maintenance and a driver-focused dispatch team.

Your Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a CDL-A vehicle on long-haul routes and comply with FMCSA rules and ELD log requirements.
• Perform pre/post-trip inspections and maintain clean inspection records.
• Communicate with dispatch to meet delivery windows and keep accurate trip records.

Requirements & Benefits:

• Valid CDL-A and at least 12 months verifiable experience.
• Pay starts at 65 CPM, averages ~2,500 miles/week, plus safety, inspection and referral bonuses.
