Overnight Dishwasher / Packer, 10PM - 5AM

Dishwasher

The dishwasher will ensure that wares for the kitchen are clean and sanitized.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Washing of all wares including pots, pans, cooking tools, and other culinary items by hand or with dishwasher
• Correctly placing and storing items in home locations
• Clean trash receptacles
• Help clean facility by mopping, wiping down tables, cleaning equipment and any other tasks
• Help put deliveries away
• May assist in cleaning and preparing various foods for cooking and/or serving, as directed
• Ensures work areas remain safe, clean and orderly, adhering to all company, local and state guidelines
• Performs other related duties as assigned

• Ability to understand and follow directions
• Ability to remain focused in an environment that is noisy and fast-paced
• Ability to work effectively with kitchen staff
• Detail-oriented and thorough

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of walking and standing
• Must be able to lift, carry and place up to 50 pounds at one time
• Must be able to work days, nights and weekends and holidays as needed
• Must be able to bend, stoop and wipe frequently
• Must frequently immerse hands in water
• Must be able to work in a hot and damp environment
