Job Address:10123 Alliance Road, Suite 320 Blue Ash, OH 45242Call Center CoordinatorWe are currently seeking candidates for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift positions, with schedules that include every other weekend.Pay Range: $19–22/hrLocation: Blue Ash, OHPosition Summary:The Call Center Coordinator provides clerical and administrative support to the Assessment and Referral Department while assisting individuals seeking treatment and coordinating admission-related processes.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Provide clerical support to the Assessment and Referral DepartmentMaintain documents required for admissions and patient intakeProcess consent forms and admission documentation accurately and efficientlyComplete prescreens for callers seeking treatment servicesVerify insurance benefits and eligibility informationCommunicate with families, patients, and referral sources as neededAnswer incoming referral calls from potential clients, offering support and encouragement as they seek treatmentPerform additional duties as assignedQualifications:HS / GEDStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information professionallyExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesPrevious call center, healthcare, behavioral health, or administrative experience preferredWho we areEthan Crossing Addiction Treatment Centers work with individuals and their support systems to identify factors leading to addiction, equip individuals with the resources needed to address addictive triggers, and reconnect individuals with their support system and community.
