Job Details Title: Occupational Therapy Assistant Location/work environment: In‑facility Reporting structure: Reporting to Director of Rehab Responsibilities As an Occupational Therapy Assistant, you help patients get well by implementing occupational therapy programs and activities, following developed recovery plans, and delivering therapy treatments. You assess and address the whole patient, restoring, reinforcing, and enhancing their physical abilities and independence. You adapt to patient needs, collaborate with peers, make referrals, and ensure patients and families receive high‑quality, compassionate care. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program according to AOTA & ACOTE standards. Initial certification obtained from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy. Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice.
