Perks & Benefits Medical, Dental & Vision (starting the 1st of the month) Generous PTO & Paid Holidays Tuition Reimbursement Employee Referral Bonuses Merit-Based Raises Employee Discount Programs What You’ll Do As a Home Health RN, you’ll bring skilled, compassionate care directly to patients by: Performing patient assessments, admissions, and ongoing care planning Coordinating care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams Delivering therapeutic, preventative, and rehabilitative nursing care Monitoring patient progress and updating plans of care Supporting patients and families through all stages of care Maintaining accurate and timely documentation What You’ll Need Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Graduate of an accredited nursing program Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (ICU, Med-Surg, or Rehab preferred) Home Health experience (a plus!)
