Hours: Sunday through Thursday Overnight, typically 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM. Depending on the scope of the assigned cleaning project, shifts may extend up to 6:00 AM.

License/Certification: Valid Driver's License (Required)

Advanced Fryer Solutions, LLC is seeking a dependable and motivated Field Cleaning Technician to join our Cleveland team. We are looking for a reliable individual with commercial cleaning experience who can start August 2026 .

This is an overnight position. Technicians generally work Sunday through Thursday from 7:00 PM until approximately 4:00 AM, with some jobs extending to 6:00 AM based on customer requirements and project scope.

Job Summary

This position involves working with a fellow technician to provide deep-cleaning services at commercial kitchens throughout the Cleveland area. The ideal candidate has commercial cleaning experience, enjoys hands-on work, works well as part of a team, and takes pride in delivering high-quality service to customers. Candidates must be comfortable performing physically demanding cleaning tasks and traveling between customer locations in a company service van.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company-provided service van to customer locations throughout the Cleveland area.
• Work alongside another technician to complete commercial kitchen cleaning projects.
• Follow assigned schedules and arrive on time for appointments.
• Perform commercial kitchen deep-cleaning services.
• Degrease kitchen equipment and remove carbon buildup.
• Clean, sanitize, and polish stainless steel surfaces.
• Sweep, mop, and maintain kitchen floors and work areas.
• Remove debris, trash, and waste materials.
• Clean commercial kitchen equipment and food preparation areas.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Properly use cleaning chemicals and required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Complete additional duties as assigned by management.

• Previous commercial cleaning experience required.
• Restaurant, kitchen, hood cleaning, or janitorial experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Must be willing and able to drive a company van.
• Must be able to read, write, and understand English.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Comfortable working around grease, cleaning chemicals, and commercial kitchen equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, kneel, squat, reach, and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to perform physically demanding cleaning work.
• Ability to work in warm commercial kitchen environments.
