Job Title: Senior Program Manager - Enterprise Commercial Platform TransformationLocation: Dallas-Fort Worth, TX (Hybrid -- onsite 3 days/week)Compensation Range: $85-$99/hr W2Employment Type: W2 Contract, 12+ months (potential extension)IntroductionThe Planet Group is partnering with a large, high-profile enterprise client to identify a Senior Program Manager to lead execution of a strategic, enterprise-wide commercial platform transformation. This is a highly visible role taking ownership of an active, multi-workstream program connecting analytics, ERP, CRM, and content management systems across the business. The ideal candidate is a polished, executive-ready program leader who can drive delivery, manage complex dependencies, and influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesLead execution of a large-scale enterprise program spanning multiple concurrent workstreams, ensuring alignment to timelines and business outcomesMonitor program health, proactively identifying and resolving risks, issues, and delivery blockersPartner with Product, Technology, Data, Commercial Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to coordinate cross-functional deliveryPrepare and deliver executive-level status reporting, dashboards, and governance/steering committee updatesManage complex interdependencies, risk mitigation plans, and organizational change adoption tied to platform rolloutTrack progress against KPIs and partner with stakeholders to ensure business readiness and value realizationRequired Skills & QualificationsMust-have qualifications that candidates must meet to be considered.12+ years of program management experience leading large-scale enterprise initiativesProven experience managing programs already in execution across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groupsExperience with heavy data-driven projects and enterprise platform, CRM, ERP, CPQ, or commercial transformation initiativesStrong executive communication and stakeholder management skills; demonstrated ability to influence in matrixed organizationsExperience managing program risk, budgets, dependencies, and delivery metricsPreferred Skills & QualificationsNice-to-have skills that would make a candidate more competitive but are not required.Experience with systems spanning HR/ERP platforms, CRM platforms, and content management systemsBackground in commercial/sales transformation programs at large, multi-stakeholder organizationsPMP, PgMP, or equivalent program management certification
