Our Beavercreek office offers: Modern, fully equipped surgical operatories Advanced technology designed to support excellent clinical outcomes A collaborative team of Orthodontic, Endodontic, and other dental specialists A strong referral base and established patient flow Clinical autonomy in a private practice setting Focus on PPO and Fee-for-Service patients rather than high-volume insurance models A supportive environment where doctors can focus on delivering exceptional care Responsibilities Evaluate, diagnose, and develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients requiring oral and maxillofacial surgical care Perform the full scope of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery procedures based on your clinical expertise Present treatment recommendations and educate patients on procedures, risks, and expected outcomes Collaborate with referring general dentists and specialists to coordinate comprehensive patient care Refer patients to additional specialists when appropriate Maintain a clean, sterile, and patient-centered surgical environment Ensure compliance with all applicable OSHA, HIPAA, ADA, state dental board, and other regulatory standards Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation Qualifications DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school Completion of an accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency Board Certified or Board Eligible in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Active Ohio dental license (or ability to obtain) Strong commitment to delivering exceptional, patient-centered care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Collaborative, team-oriented approach to patient care Why Beavercreek & Dayton, Ohio?
