Direct Marketing Representative

NorthCrest Capital, Inc. is seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as a Direct Marketing Representative . This entry-level, fully onsite position is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their communication, customer engagement, and marketing skills in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. In this role, you will represent our clients through face-to-face interactions, help increase brand awareness, and support customer acquisition initiatives. No prior experience is required—we provide paid training to help you succeed. This is a fully onsite position. Candidates should be available to work in person at the designated office and event locations. Key Responsibilities Represent client products and services through face-to-face customer interactions. Build positive relationships with customers by providing accurate product and service information. Support direct marketing campaigns designed to increase brand awareness and customer engagement. Assist with customer onboarding and promotional initiatives. Participate in ongoing training sessions, team meetings, and professional development opportunities. Maintain a professional and positive attitude while working with customers and team members. Accurately communicate client messaging while following company standards and guidelines. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable interacting with customers in person. Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
