Job Title: Utility Food Service Location: Main Hospital - New Brunswick Department Name: Dietary-Management Req #: 0000258548 Status: Hourly Shift: Evening Pay Range: $16.00- $16.00per hour Pay Transparency: The above reflects the anticipated hourly wage range for this position if hired to work in New Jersey. The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience. Job Overview The main functions of the Food Service Worker are the loading and transporting of food trucks, washing of dishes, removal of garbage and trash, and overall sanitation of the department. Qualifications Preferred Knowledge of Sanitation and Safety Standards Scheduling Requirements 3 out of 4weekends, and holiday requirements Per Diem Hours 12:00pm - 8:30pm Essential Function Follows proper HACCP food handling policies and procedures on a daily basis. All cold food products are maintained at 41 degrees or below. All proper food temperatures must be maintained. Works with food and supplies according to established guidelines.
