Snapshot / Role Overview
We're seeking a Plumbing Project Manager in Orange County to lead major commercial plumbing projects from preconstruction through closeout, in full compliance with HCAI and Title 24.
Impact
Deliver large plumbing projects, including complex hospital builds under HCAI oversight.
Protect margins on projects reaching into the tens of millions.
Strengthen client relationships that generate repeat work.
Develop project engineers and field supervision.
Responsibilities
Oversee all phases from buyout through closeout and punch list.
Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, billings, and schedules in Bluebeam.
Coordinate plumbing procurement and hold vendors to delivery commitments.
Enforce California Plumbing Code, Title 24, and HCAI requirements.
Maintain budgets, forecast cost-to-complete, and report variances.
Must-Haves
Project management of large commercial plumbing construction.
HCAI or OSHPD healthcare project experience.
Working knowledge of the California Plumbing Code and Title 24.
Nice-to-Haves
Medical gas project experience.
Field background as a plumbing foreman or superintendent.
Compensation and Logistics
Competitive salary depending on experience, plus benefits. Onsite in Orange County.
