Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• State licensure (or eligibility) to practice as an SLP
• Track record of working with pediatric populations, especially preschool
• Experience or clear interest in school-based service delivery
• Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, assessments, and diagnostics for preschool students
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to support speech, language, and communication goals
• Collaborate with fellow onsite SLPs, teachers, and staff to coordinate student support
• Consult with families and caregivers about progress and strategies for continued growth
• Maintain timely, accurate records and participate in IEP meetings
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging therapy environment for young learners
