We provide qualified company-generated leads to our sales representatives.
Your job is to:
Meet the homeowner → Build the relationship → Inspect the property → Educate the customer → Present the solution → Close the sale
You won't be sitting behind a desk making hundreds of cold calls.
You'll be meeting homeowners who have a need for the products and services we provide.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
As a Roofing Sales Representative, you will meet with homeowners at their properties and help them understand their roofing needs and available options.
Your responsibilities include:
- Meet with homeowners at company-provided appointments.
- Perform residential roof inspections.
- Identify roofing issues and explain your findings to homeowners.
- Educate customers on roofing systems, products, warranties, and installation.
- Prepare accurate estimates and proposals.
- Present financing options when appropriate.
- Build trust and establish strong customer relationships.
- Professionally present and close roofing projects.
- Collect customer deposits according to company procedures.
- Maintain accurate customer information in our CRM.
- Communicate with homeowners throughout the sales and project process.
- Represent Ultimate Roofing professionally in the community.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for experienced sales professionals who are hungry to succeed .
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of roofing sales experience preferred
- Residential retail roofing sales experience strongly preferred
- Experience with asphalt shingle and/or metal roofing
- Proven ability to sell high-ticket products or services
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong closing ability
- Comfortable meeting homeowners in person
- Comfortable using CRM technology
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Professional appearance and communication
- Strong work ethic and follow-through
