Fence Installation Technician

About the Role: Central Industries Inc is looking for a skilled and dependable Fence Installation Technician to join our growing team in Yonkers, NY! This is a hands-on role where you'll play a key part in delivering quality fence installations that make a lasting impression for our customers. Responsibilities: Install commercial fencing and highway guide railing, including wood, chain-link, vinyl, and ornamental iron Read and interpret job site layouts and installation plans Operate power tools, post drivers, and other installation equipment safely and efficiently Dig post holes and set posts using concrete or compacted fill Perform fence repairs, replacements, and gate installations Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site throughout each project Communicate professionally with customers and team members on-site Wages and Benefits as per New York State Department of Labor Prevailing Wage Rates. Requirements: Prior experience in fence installation, construction, or a related trade preferred Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and light equipment Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform labor-intensive tasks outdoors Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to work independently as well as part of a crew Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious work ethic About Us: Central Industries Inc has been a trusted name in the Yonkers, NY area, delivering top-quality fence installation and exterior solutions to residential and commercial clients.
