Role Description The Massage Therapist is an on-site role located in Anoka, MN. The therapist will provide therapeutic massage treatments tailored to individual patient needs, focusing on pain management, injury recovery, and stress reduction in collaboration with other practitioners. Day-to-day activities include conducting patient assessments, delivering various massage modalities, maintaining accurate treatment notes, and supporting a calm, professional treatment environment. The role also involves educating patients on self-care strategies, coordinating scheduling and follow-up visits, and working with the integrative care team to ensure consistent, high-quality care. The Massage Therapist is expected to uphold clinic policies, maintain hygiene and safety standards, and contribute positively to the clinic’s patient-centered culture.
