Maintenance Supervisor - Parts & Bead Room

Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for safety, quality, and efficiency?Join our team as a Maintenance Supervisor and play a critical role in keeping our parts and bead room running smoothly!In this role, you’ll spend 75% of your time on the floor, leading a team dedicated to maintaining and improving maintenance operations in our bead and parts room!!Shift:Monday through Friday 7:30 am to 4:30 pmWhat You’ll Do:Supervise maintenance operations to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for safety, quality, production, efficiency, and service.Lead by example to promote a strong commitment to Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and reliability.Coordinate with planners and production teams to schedule proactive maintenance and ensure compliance with standards.Analyze production schedules and prioritize repairs, maintenance, and installations.Track KPIs, audit processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Participate in root-cause analysis and implement solutions for recurring equipment issues.What You'll Need:High School Diploma or GED.Minimum 3 years of maintenance and reliability experience.At least 2 years of lead or supervisory experience.Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance skills (automation, robotics, controls).Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and electrical drawings.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Preferred Qualifications:Prior supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.Experience with plant production software (SAP preferred).Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a related field.Why Join Us?Competitive pay and benefits.Opportunity to lead a skilled team in a fast-paced environment.Be part of a company committed to safety, quality, and innovation.Ready to take the next step?
