RTO will not be approved in the first 2 weeks of assignment. All facilities the traveler is open to working in should be listed on the submission. If interested in "any" location, please include what states (I.E. Any AZ, Any CO, Any state, etc.) All shifts the traveler is open to working on should be listed on the submission. All departments the traveler is open to working must be checked on the cover page. All candidates submitted should be preclosed and ready to accept.
