Join our dynamic shipping team as a Warehouse Associate, where your contributions are valued as part of a collaborative environment. This role involves individual tracking of performance within a team setting, ensuring each member's efforts are recognized.

Responsibilities

• Assist with material handling, receiving, and returns.
• Manage shipping and receiving tasks efficiently.
• Operate RF scanners for inventory control and order picking.
• Maintain a fast-paced walking speed for 8-12 hours per day.
• Independently lift and move items up to 50 pounds.
• Utilize 12ft staircase ladders safely, without fear of heights.

Essential Skills

• Experience in warehouse operations ranging from 0-6 months.
• Proficiency in handling material, receiving, shipping, and inventory control.
• Ability to operate RF scanners effectively.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Capability to work long hours with physical endurance.
• Comfortable working at heights with safety precautions.

Work Environment

Work in a bustling warehouse setting within the shipping department. You'll navigate narrow aisles filled with pallets and collaborate with several team members, all while certified operators handle electric pallet jacks. Please note that personal electronic devices are not permitted in the warehouse for safety reasons. The dress code allows for sneakers, boots, or steel-toe footwear.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Flower Mound, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
