You are committed to inspiring and empowering each customer every day by ensuring your store always represents Windsor’s visual guidelines. You’ll showcase your passion for Windsor by owning merchandise operations in both front and back of house. Qualifications / Responsibilities Smile and make customers happy while creating the Oasis using the Windsor 4‑step Selling Method. Show great style and love Windsor products, sharing fashion and product passion with customers. Take pride in the store: process shipments, update signage or complete markdowns, and remain ready to learn, adapt, and improve. Think outside the box and seek new ways to create value for guests. Follow all Windsor policies and procedures with integrity. Respect the caring Windsor family and foster an inclusive work environment for all team members.
