The Opportunity

• Up to $150k sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
• Seeking board eligible/certified general anesthesiologists.
• Full time earning potential is $600k-$950k!
• Moving expenses reimbursed up to $10k.
• Current CA state license is a plus.
• Practice site autonomy while having the support of a national network.
• Full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities available.
• Providers may support affiliated surgery centers.

• Mercy General Hospital is a collegial, community-based practice that emphasizes teamwork and clinical excellence, with our physicians serving the community for more than 35 years.
• Part of the financially stable Dignity Health system, which features a 342-bed hospital, on-site ambulatory surgery center, and advanced cardiovascular specialty care.
• Covers a variety of practices including regional anesthesia, eras, tte/tte, advanced cardiac surgery, orthopedics, spine, general surgery, ent, ob and gynecology, urology, oncology, neurosurgery, vascular, gi, plastics, ophthalmology, and outpatient pediatrics.
• No trauma.
• Emergency medicine services are also provided by Vituity partners, providing ease of communication and support between departments.
