This position keeps the restaurant and equipment clean and organized./ppYour Key Responsibilities:/pulliWell-versed in health codes and hygiene methods for washing procedures in the kitchen/liliWash and store all tableware and kitchenware/liliLoad, run, and unload dish machine/liliHandle tableware carefully to prevent breakage and loss/liliKeep dish room clean and organized/liliMonitor dish machine water temperature and sanitizer levels to ensure sanitary wash cycle/liliMaintain adequate levels of dish detergent, cleaning supplies, and tableware for dining room and kitchen/liliKeep the dish machine clean and report any functional or mechanical problems/liliBag and haul trash to dumpster at designated times/liliMaintain cleanliness and order in the dumpster zone/liliClean food preparation and production areas as required/liliAssist the prep cook during downtime/liliPerform station opening/closing and side work duties for each shift/liliBe available to fill in as needed to ensure a smooth and an efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the Restaurant Manager or immediate supervisor/liliDemonstrate excellent customer service skills and/liliEmbody and deliver on exceptional service and hospitality/li/ulpRequirements:/ppWhat we are looking for:/pulliPrevious and/or relevant experience in a high-end, high-volume restaurant/liliAbility to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure/liliStrong communication skills, both with guests and teammates/liliA positive, upbeat attitude with a strong work ethic/liliFlexible availability to work days, nights, weekends were looking for team players who can adapt to the flow of the restaurant/liliA valid Food Handler Card (must have upon hire)/liliAbility to work standing for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and manage a physically demanding role./liliMust be 18 years or older/li/ulpWe are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
