Minimum Qualifications Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active Oregon PTA license required to start the assignment. Current BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross preferred. Experience working in skilled nursing, long-term care, or post-acute settings preferred. Ability to follow care plans developed by a licensed Physical Therapist and document interventions in electronic medical records.
