Accounting Manager

Job Description
The ideal candidate will oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, month-end close, reconciliations, and internal controls while partnering closely with the Controller.
\n \nResponsibilities
\n- \n
- Oversee accounting operations, close, reconciliations, and financial reporting \n
- Review GL accounts, journal entries, fixed assets, accruals, and intercompany activity \n
- Analyze financial statements and identify trends and variances \n
- Support audits, internal controls, and accounting projects \n
- Lead and develop accounting team members \n
Qualifications
\n- \n
- Bachelor's degree \n
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience \n
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and general ledger accounting \n
- Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting \n
- Strong analytical and communication skills \n
- Ability to manage multiple priorities \n
- Public accounting/audit experience and CPA are a plus \n
