Digital Marketing Manager

Colwen Hotels is seeking a hands-on, performance-focused Digital Marketing Manager to support digital marketing and e-commerce initiatives across our portfolio of hotels and hospitality businesses.

As a member of the Colwen Hotels Marketing Team, this role is responsible for the day-to-day execution, optimization, and performance of digital advertising, metasearch, OTA marketing, website content, SEO, online listings, and hotel brand marketing programs.

The Digital Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with Marketing Managers, Social Media Managers, Revenue Management, Sales, Operations, hotel teams, and agencies to execute initiatives that drive visibility, direct bookings, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and optimize digital marketing initiatives across assigned hotels.
• Manage paid media across search, metasearch, OTA, social, and hotel brand platforms.
• Collaborate with Marketing Managers and Social Media Managers on paid media and paid social campaigns.
• Maintain and optimize hotel and outlet website content, promotions, SEO, imagery, and online listings.
• Support hotel packages, offers, need periods, and other revenue-driving initiatives.
• Monitor campaign budgets, performance, conversion, and return on investment.
• Analyze digital performance and provide clear, actionable reporting and recommendations.
• Work with brand, agency, and technology partners to troubleshoot issues and improve performance.
• Stay current on hotel brand programs, digital platforms, and emerging marketing opportunities.

Technical Tools & Platforms

• Advertising: Google Ads, Expedia TravelAds, Koddi, Metasearch, Booking Network Ads, Meta Ads
• Analytics: Google Analytics, CRM dashboards
• Web & CMS: Brand websites, Squarespace, Amadeus, Milestone and other CMS platforms
• Hotel Marketing Systems: Marriott PLUS, Hilton ELEVATE, IHG BOOST, Choice REVUP

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or a related performance-driven marketing role.
• Hospitality, travel, tourism, or multi-location marketing experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience managing paid digital campaigns, budgets, and performance.
• Experience with website content management, SEO, digital analytics, and reporting.
• Familiarity with hotel metasearch, OTA advertising, and brand marketing platforms strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple hotels, campaigns, platforms, and priorities simultaneously.
• Collaborative, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across corporate and hotel teams.
