Resource Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical Float Pool

Aurora Health (now part of Advocate Health) WI Float Pool is a multi-site resource team supporting Medical Surgical (Med Surg) care across the Wisconsin division. Float RNs provide adaptable, high-quality nursing care across multiple hospitals and units based on organizational need. Teammates must be flexible, skilled, and ready to deliver exceptional care in a wide variety of settings.

We're Looking For:

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association; and ACLS
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of Medical Surgical RN experience required
