Summary Provide exceptional luxury retail sales by meeting individual and store targets, growing and maintaining a client book, and supporting store operations. Use product knowledge and personalized service to maximize transaction value while handling follow up on shipping, alterations, and client issues. Work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays at the San Francisco store. Responsibilities Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals Incorporate product knowledge to maximize sales and units per transaction Capture and maintain customer information in the database Promote store events through email, phone, and personalized notes Maintain and expand a client book and consistently follow up with clients Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory control as requested Support general housekeeping and upkeep of the store image Requirements Minimum 3 years retail sales experience, preferably in luxury Computer literate and able to learn various software packages Service oriented with strong customer focus Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays Candidates with an existing client book strongly preferred Mandarin or Cantonese language skills preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr brobstongroup.com - Jobboard
