One Call.**We connect homeowners with trusted specialists across multiple trades while delivering a level of responsiveness and professionalism that is uncommon in the home improvement industry.## About the RoleThe Marketing Director will lead marketing strategy and execution across a portfolio of three distinct home-service businesses. This is a high-autonomy, high-accountability role with total ownership of marketing strategy, customer acquisition, brand, budget, team leadership, vendors, technology, reporting, and execution.We are looking for a collaborative partner and leader who loves to build systems and processes; problem solving is integral to our ethos as we invent new ways to delight our customers.You will identify opportunities, create structure where needed, make informed decisions, and take initiatives from concept through execution and measurement without requiring detailed direction.## What You’ll Own· Develop and execute marketing strategy across three distinct home-service brands.· Manage a $2M+ annual marketing budget and allocate spend based on performance.· Lead customer-acquisition programs across paid search, Local Services Ads, social, SEO, email/SMS, direct mail, print, broadcast, partnerships, sponsorships, and emerging channels.· Own marketing ROI, cost per lead, customer acquisition cost, conversion performance, attribution, and revenue contribution.· Build dashboards and reporting that support better business decisions.· Lead and develop a diverse team of up to four direct reports.· Manage and negotiate agency, media, technology, sponsorship, and vendor relationships.· Oversee brand positioning, content, social media, reputation, and market presence.· Build and improve marketing systems, workflows, technology, and operating processes.· Partner directly with the CEO and leadership team on growth strategy, market expansion, and marketing investment decisions.· Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Finance to align marketing activity with conversion, capacity, profitability, and revenue goals.## What Success Looks Like· Increased qualified lead volume across all three brands.· Improved marketing ROI and customer-acquisition economics.· Reliable lead and revenue attribution.· Disciplined management of marketing spend.· Stronger brand presence and market positioning.· Scalable marketing systems and processes.· A high-performing, accountable marketing team.· Clear visibility into where growth is coming from and where the next marketing dollar should be invested.## Basic Qualifications· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a directly related field.· 5+ years leading integrated, multi-channel marketing programs.· 5+ years managing customer-acquisition and lead-generation programs within home services, residential construction, or a closely related consumer-services industry.· 5+ years managing annual marketing budgets of $2 million or more.· 3+ years managing direct reports.· 5+ years negotiating advertising, media, agency, vendor, sponsorship, partnership, or related marketing agreements.· 3+ years using widely adopted marketing, CRM, analytics, or project-management platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Asana, Monday.com, or comparable systems.· 3+ years working directly with C-suite or executive leadership on marketing strategy, budgeting, growth planning, or major business initiatives.· Demonstrable history of improving marketing ROI, customer-acquisition cost, lead performance, or attributed revenue.## Preferred Qualifications· MBA with a concentration in Marketing, Strategy, or a closely related field.· 3+ years using LEAP, ServiceTitan, or a comparable home-services CRM or operating platform.· Experience leading marketing across multiple brands, business units, or geographic markets.· Experience within roofing, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, remodeling, construction, or other residential home-service industries.· Experience building marketing attribution, dashboards, and reporting infrastructure.## Who Will Thrive HereYou will likely be successful here if you take ownership, move comfortably between strategy and execution, use data to make decisions, communicate directly, solve problems without waiting for instructions, and are comfortable building systems where they do not yet exist.DwellOne is a fast-moving, high-accountability environment where responsiveness, teamwork, and ownership matter.We give talented people room to operate.
