The Shuttle Driver plays a critical role in providing safe, reliable, and timely transportation services to passengers within designated routes or between specific locations. Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license appropriate for the vehicle class operated, with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening as required by company policy and regulatory standards.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety inspection procedures.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact professionally with passengers and team members.
• Physical ability to assist passengers and handle luggage or equipment as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a shuttle driver or in a similar transportation role.
• Familiarity with local routes, traffic patterns, and geographic areas within the service region.
• Customer service training or experience in a client-facing role.
• First aid and CPR certification.

Responsibilities:

• Operate shuttle vehicles safely and efficiently along assigned routes or between designated locations.
• Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the trip.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to identify and report any maintenance or safety issues.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents or delays encountered during service.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, supervisors, and passengers to provide updates and resolve any service-related issues.
• Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations to ensure a secure transportation environment.
• Keep the shuttle vehicle clean and presentable, both inside and out, to provide a positive passenger experience.
