Marketing Coordinator

What We Offer The Marketing Coordinator supports marketing operations and execution related to clinic and clinician onboarding and offboarding. This role coordinates multiple activities across the lifecycle of clinicians and clinics, helping ensure marketing needs are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time. What You'll Do Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage a high volume of moving pieces without losing sight of deadlines or quality. Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders. A creative problem solver who naturally looks for ways to improve processes and workflows. Comfortable learning new technology and systems quickly, with an interest in AI tools, automation, and emerging technologies. Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing demands, manage multiple deadlines, and remain effective when urgent requests arise. Takes ownership of responsibilities and follows through without needing to be asked. Curious and motivated to understand the "why" behind the work, not just complete assigned tasks. Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities may change. Demonstrated initiative, resilience, and willingness to learn from challenges and setbacks. Experience with project coordination, marketing operations, process improvement, or a related area is preferred. Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement experience/certification is a plus. Academic achievement, leadership experience, honors, or other demonstrated accomplishments are valued. What We're Looking For Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. Bachelor's Degree in marketing or a related field. A minimum of four years of relevant experience acceptable in lieu of a degree. Experience: One year Marketing or advertising experience, required. One year Digital and email marketing, preferred. Additional Skills (required): Strong interpersonal, communication and project management skills. Complex problem solving skills, attention to detail, and good decision-making ability. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Able to work effectively on multiple assignments concurrently. Ability to recognize, handle, and protect sensitive/confidential information. Ability to relate to a diverse group. Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel. Additional Skills (preferred): Strong project management, communication, and operational skills. Excellent skills in data entry and management with strong attention to detail required for this position Ability to manage multiple projects and directives simultaneously.Experience in evaluating and implementing process improvements for operational efficiency.
