PRN Float Pool , you'll have the opportunity to support multiple outpatient clinics, collaborate with different healthcare teams, and help create positive patient experiences across our organization. Deliver Compassionate Patient Care Welcome patients and assist with check-in, rooming, and clinic visits to ensure a comfortable, positive experience. Obtain and document vital signs, recognize abnormal findings, and communicate concerns to the appropriate clinical team members. Assist providers and nursing staff with patient care activities and daily clinic operations. Help coordinate patient appointments, follow-up visits, and smooth transitions throughout the patient experience. Recognize emergency situations and respond appropriately according to established policies and procedures. Collect, prepare, and secure laboratory specimens for testing or transport as needed. Support Multiple Clinics and Healthcare Teams Float between assigned outpatient clinics based on staffing needs, providing dependable support wherever you're needed. Adapt to different clinic workflows, specialties, and team environments while maintaining excellent patient care. Collaborate with providers, nurses, medical assistants, and administrative staff to keep clinic operations running smoothly. Prepare examination rooms, maintain equipment, and ensure supplies are stocked and ready for patient visits. Document patient information accurately and efficiently in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR). Access laboratory results, radiology reports, outside medical records, and other relevant patient information. Complete safety reports when necessary or as directed by clinic leadership. Communicate effectively with clinical teams and clinic leadership regarding patient needs and daily operations. Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and a willingness to lend a helping hand. Promote Safety and Quality Care Follow established infection prevention, safety, and patient care protocols. Properly clean, disinfect, and maintain clinical equipment and examination areas. Identify and report potential safety concerns to clinic leadership. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and help maintain a safe, efficient clinical environment. Provide Administrative and Clerical Support Request and organize outside medical records as needed. Support additional clinic operations as needed to ensure efficient patient flow. We're looking for someone who brings a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for helping others. Flexible and adaptable: Comfortable working in different outpatient clinic environments. Committed to delivering compassionate, respectful care.
