We are hiring a full-time Patient Care Coordinator at Alameda Dental in Aurora .

This is not a dead-end front desk job.

This is an entry-level healthcare career track for someone who wants to learn fast, take ownership, and become more valuable over time.

Build higher-value healthcare skills: treatment coordination, clinical room flow, procedure support, advanced patient communication, and leadership.

Target:
High performers can build toward $25-$30+/hr and beyond by mastering real skills, not by waiting years.

What you’ll do

• Welcome patients and help them feel comfortable

• Guide patients through check-in and check-out

• Help with scheduling, forms, payments, and visit flow

• Communicate with patients, doctors, assistants, and support teams

• Keep the day organized

• Learn dental operations from the ground up

• Use systems, checklists, and modern tools to help the office run smoothly
