Recruiting Coordinator

Coordinate and organize recruitment strategies and activities for the Rural Health Transformation program Manage the recruitment process from job requisition to onboarding Collaborate with leadership to establish goals, objectives, and hiring priorities Cultivate and maintain relationships to source candidates Evaluate employment applications Screen and interview candidates Provide employment recommendations Assure compliance with regulatory requirements Perform occasional travel to the DeFuniak Springs, Florida area Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (may substitute equivalent combination of education and/or years of experience in lieu of degree) Prior recruiting experience preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong organization and time management skills Ability to work independently with good decision-making skills Ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed Ability to understand technology and keep abreast of technology trends in the industry Must meet background eligibility requirements for assigned work location Must be able to pass organization screening requirements, including state or federal background screenings as appropriate Must possess a valid driver's license from the state in which you reside, a good driving record, and be insurable under the corporate policy Drug testing required Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in recruitment strategies and processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
