Route Service Representative (4-Day Workweek)

Job Description Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. The role involves driving a truck along an established route and servicing and selling to an existing customer base. The position is physical, fast‑paced, and involves indoor/outdoor duties delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemicals, and other facility service products. Requisition Number: 231067 Key Responsibilities You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers. Ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns. Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services. Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely. Comply with driving and vehicle regulations. Eligibility & Requirements Qualified candidates must meet all requirements outlined by the Department of Transportation (DOT) for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. Have an active driver's license. Be at least 21 years of age. Obtain a DOT medical certification prior to first day of employment. Provide documentation regarding previous employment. Meet the physical requirements of the position. Hold a high school diploma, GED or military service. Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation. Be self‑motivated and willing to work in a teamwork environment to meet goals. Exhibit a positive attitude, ambition, organization, and service spirit.
