Location: Inside BJ's Wholesale Club — [Coral Way / Store #1] & [Hialeah Gardens / Store #2]

Job Type: Part-Time (minimum 25 hours/week) Pay: $16–$20/hour + bonuses

About the Role

Air Solution and Repair is partnering with BJ's Wholesale Club, and we're looking for outgoing, friendly

people to represent our brand inside the club. You'll be the first point of contact for members interested in

home comfort — answering basic questions about air conditioning systems and indoor air quality, and

setting up in-home appointments with our sales team.

You are NOT closing the sale or doing installations. Your job is simple: greet members, spark a friendly

conversation, answer basic questions, and book the appointment. Our home sales specialists take it from

there.

What You'll Do

Engage BJ's members at our in-store display in a friendly, professional way

Briefly explain our residential A/C and indoor air quality solutions

Answer basic questions and address common concerns

Schedule in-home appointments for our sales team

Keep the display area clean and welcoming

What We're Looking For

Bilingual (English & Spanish) — required

Great attitude, energy, and people skills

Comfortable starting conversations with new people

Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated

Able to stand and be on your feet during shifts

Must pass a background check (required by BJ's)

Sales, retail, promotion, or customer service experience is a plus — but not required. We train the right

attitude!
