We're seeking an experienced, flexible, and dedicated Lead Caregiver to facilitate excellence in client starts of care! Full time hours and flexible availability required .

Caregiver Responsibilities:
- Complete introductions with new clients.
- Cover shifts with new clients as needed while care team is built.
- Update care plans with new clients.
- Train and acclimate caregivers to new clients.
- Communicate with Client Care and office staff to ensure new client satisfaction.
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and medication reminders.
- Provide toileting and incontinence care
- Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support
- Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and assist with errands
- Support client safety, well-being, and report changes to the care team
- Support clients with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other cognitive conditions
- Build trusted relationships with clients and their families
Essential Qualifications:
- Heart of an in-home caregiver and strong communication skills
- Experience in caregiving , assisted living , or CBRF a plus. CNA , home health aide , or resident assistant is required.
