Licensed Practical Nurse, Long Term Care, Newport, Vermont. Start date 09/14/2026 for an 8-week travel assignment. Weekly pay: $837-$877 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility policies
- Monitor assigned residents, assess for changes, document findings, and report to the supervising nurse
- Perform routine nursing tasks, wound care, dressing changes, and basic procedures as directed
- Collaborate with the registered nurse, care team, and interdisciplinary staff to update care plans
- Maintain patient safety, infection control, and accurate charting in the facility record
- Respond promptly to call bells, prioritize tasks, and provide compassionate bedside care during night hours

Requirements
- Active LPN license in Vermont (or ability to obtain as required for this assignment)
- Ability to work 3x12 night shifts (18:45–07:15)
- Demonstrated ability to provide patient-centered care in a long-term care setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Eligible for travel/temporary assignments and able to meet facility health and safety requirements
