Traveling Physical Therapist Opportunity

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• WA license information must be in place at minimum for credentialing submission if not already credentialed.

Assignment Details

• Travelers may be considered for roles across clinics in the greater Seattle area.
• Medicare/Medicaid credentialing is preferred, or WA license information and other needed credentialing information must be in place for submission.
• Patient care schedule is 40-minute one-to-one treatment sessions.
• New graduates may be considered based on licensing and clinical experience.
